Meghan Dorsey feels genuinely at home in San Clemente — and it’s easy to see why.
She was drawn to the town’s easygoing pace, friendly energy, and the way the ocean is always part of your day. Most mornings, you’ll find her walking the Beach Trail, coffee in hand, taking in the fresh air and coastal views before the day begins.
She created San Clemente Insider as a way to share the places she loves and the things that make this town feel special — from local restaurants and community events to the smaller spots you might not come across on your own.

Tucked away, cozy, and consistently so good—this is hands down the best sushi I’ve found in town. It’s one of those spots you almost don’t want to share… but it’s too good not to.

New to the neighborhood and already stealing hearts—fantastic coffee, the happiest vibe, and the kind of place you pop into for a quick cup and somehow stay for an hour.
🍷 Favorite Wine Spot: The Cellar
A tried-and-true favorite with an incredible wine selection, live music, and a crowd that always feels just right. It’s basically my go-to for a perfect night out.
